Yes. We frequently process mixed orders across multiple collections. Each product line has its own MOQ and lead time which we will detail in your quotation.

MOQ varies by product and material. Typically 100–500 units for standard products, lower for premium collections. Please contact us for a specific quotation.

Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. T/T bank transfer. For established customers, flexible terms may be negotiated.

Sample charges vary by product complexity. Samples are typically refundable against bulk orders above a minimum threshold. Contact us for your specific sample requirements.

We offer FOB Yantian Port (Shenzhen) as standard. CNF and CIF can be arranged on request. We work with major freight forwarders and can connect you with our logistics partners.

Yes. Private label and white label services are available. We can print your brand on packaging, hang tags, product labels and instructional materials.

We follow a multi-stage QC process: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, pre-shipment final inspection, and optional third-party audits. All reports are provided to customers.

Yes. We welcome factory audits including BSCI, SMETA, and buyer-arranged inspections. Our factory is BSCI audited and we maintain all relevant compliance documentation.

Yes. Our products comply with EU REACH regulations on chemical substances. Test reports are available on request for specific products.

Yes. We hold FSC certification (CN20/30679), valid through 2030. This covers responsible sourcing of wood frames, bases, and packaging materials used in our products.

Standard production is 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit received. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated — please discuss your timeline at inquiry stage.

Our main factory produces 100,000+ units per month. Our dedicated secondary facility (7,800㎡) adds significant capacity for large promotional orders, delivering $6M+ additional annual output.

For existing designs, samples are ready in 7–14 days. For custom designs requiring tooling or new materials, samples typically take 20–30 days after design approval.

Yes. Our 7,800㎡ secondary factory is specifically designed for large-volume promotional orders. We can scale capacity significantly for seasonal retail programmes.

We offer standard brown carton, colour box, gift box, and custom branded packaging. Inner packaging includes foam, EPE, and tissue paper options depending on product fragility.

We are FSC certified for responsible wood sourcing and RoHS compliant for hazardous substance restriction. We use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.

Yes. We offer recycled and recyclable packaging options including FSC-certified boxes, soy ink printing, and minimal plastic alternatives. This can be specified in your order.
